Having bigger arms is no longer inevitable, you can tone them and remove excess fat with the proper liposuction procedure.

The accumulation of fat tissue on the lower part of your arms (not forearms) is very frequent in women. It sometimes appears early in adulthood, in which case liposuction is the most effective, as it allows to modify a bad repartition of fat cells permanently.
The overall principle is to liquefy unwanted fat by injecting a liquid into the fat tissue and removing it using a small suction cannula in a homogenous manner. This technique is especially tedious when used on the arms. I also offer a circular or semi-circular technique to allow for the skin to retract after the operation.
The operation is conducted at the clinic under local or general anesthesia and lasts an hour to an hour and a half. It is advised to stay at the clinic for a minimum of eight hours after the operation, typically overnight.
It is advised to take a few days off from work to ensure a smooth and easy recovery, but you can go back two work 48 hours after the operation if necessary.
You will have to wear a compression sleeve for at least a week. Your arms may be swollen and bruised for one two three weeks.
